Devotional
In today’s digital age, we’re bombarded with information from every direction. Our phones buzz with notifications, search engines provide instant answers, and social media feeds overflow with opinions. Yet despite this abundance of information, finding genuine truth can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. The good news is that we don’t have to navigate this journey alone. God has provided us with a perfect guide – the Holy Spirit – who leads us to all truth.
Bible Verse
“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.” – John 16:13
Reflection Question
In what areas of your life do you find yourself seeking answers from unreliable sources before turning to God?
Quote
From search engines to digital assistants, we have countless sources at our fingertips, yet many—like Wikipedia, which can be edited by anyone—prove unreliable.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, in a world full of competing voices and conflicting information, help me to recognize and rely on Your Spirit’s guidance. Give me discernment to distinguish truth from falsehood and the wisdom to seek You first. Amen.
